Allocation override: Singapore Airlines SQ flights use T2, as directed by the user. Original source terminals are retained; this is not an independently verified airline allocation.

Connection-time matrix
Elapsed arrival-to-departure requirement includes gate closure and, where applicable, the separate bag-drop/check-in deadline. Stress adds delay, queues and a missed shuttle; planning reserve is added last.

Wave-bank planning alternatives
Arrival banks are fixed, non-overlapping clock hours by terminal. The earliest proposed departure window follows the last arrival plus the largest selected-profile planning requirement. Each 45-minute window is an alternative, not an instruction to move flights. Domestic/international alternatives reuse the same assumed transfer pool: do not add their passenger figures.
| Arrival bank | Inbound pax estimate | Outbound target | Proposed window IST | Existing departures / seats | Transfer-pool assumption | Shuttle capacity / hour | Extra demand above capacity | Required buses / dispatch | Assessment |
|---|
Ranked by inbound demand. Shuttle demand = arrival passengers × transfer share × cross-terminal share. Seats are usable places per bus, including the impact of baggage and accessibility arrangements. The departure budget is user-defined, not a declared runway capacity. An hourly capacity screen cannot establish within-hour waiting times.
Evidence and operating limits
BIAL: inter-terminal shuttle availability supports the existence of the service, not the headway, fleet size or road times assumed here.
Air India: connections and baggage agreements explains separate-ticket handling and possible first-entry reclaim requirements. It does not establish flight-specific BLR MCTs.
BIAL announcement via ACI: international operations at T2. The four supplied SQ listings marked T1 are allocated to T2 by user instruction, consistent with the published terminal arrangement; original source labels remain unchanged.
